In the midst of the storm, many of us are just praying for the pain to end and for things to get back to normal.

It’s very difficult to view these times of adversity as an opportunity for growth. 

We must train our minds to view our hardships as gifts once the pain subsides. 

We can then be grateful for our troubles, knowing that we will come out on the other side a better and stronger person.

Thank the storms for making you a stronger sailor.
