Many of us are trapped in a mental prison, worrying about the judgment and views of others.

We worry about what others will think of our actions and go through life playing it safe to not be criticized or made fun of. 

The reality is everyone is in their own world and worried about their own life. 

Most people could care less about what you do or don’t do.

If people judge, so be it. 

Giving others this power over your life is a literal waste of time.

We must live our own lives each day on our own terms. 

Life is a lot shorter than we think.
