They say you live two lives. 

One starts when you’re born and the other starts when you realize that you only have one life.

The stoics have the phrase “Memento Mori”. Remember that you will die. 

This is not to live in fear. This is to remember to maximize your life now. 

Too often do we go through the motions in life, existing in a state of quiet desperation.

We must choose to act now. Live now. Be grateful now. Enjoy life now. 

This trip is shorter than we all may think.
