Many things in life are outside of our control.

There are circumstances that we will face that we could never anticipate.

Life always seems to throw us curveballs.

One thing that we can control is our attitude towards whatever we are facing.

We may default to negativity but this is a choice. 

We can choose to be brave.

We can choose to see the cup half full.

We can choose to approach life’s curveballs with optimism.

Or we can choose defeat.

Ultimately, the choice is ours whether we realize it or not.
