“No abundance of material goods can compensate for the death of individuality and personal creativity.”

  • Coretta Scott King

Some of us get blinded by the flashy lights. The trophies. The things that society tells us success is.

But selling our souls for external rewards should not be the answer.

We all want nice things and there’s nothing wrong with them other than the obsession to obtain them at the expense of our spirits.

We were put here for a purpose and we all have something unique to contribute.

We must maintain this uniqueness and give it to the world.

We must not suppress our true selves in the pursuit for riches.

We can obtain material success while giving our unique selves to the world.

We just have to find a way to do both.
