“Those who aim at great deeds must also suffer greatly.”
Plutarch
No great achievements come with minimal effort and sacrifice.
That’s part of what makes them great, the trials and tribulations that are endured in order to get them.
If things came too easy to us, we wouldn’t appreciate or cherish them.
The amount of effort and pain that is required to achieve greatness is a big part of why greatness tastes so good.
You can’t have one without the other.
So if you have big goals, just know that your level of sacrifice and tolerance for pain will be in direct proportion to those goals.
