Change can be painful.

That’s why many of us resist it initially.

When we face the reality that change is the only thing constant in this life, it gives us the courage to look at whatever is in front of us square in the face.

Typically, leveling up is done through a painful process.

You can’t operate outside of your comfort zone and be comfortable.

You can’t get to the next mountain without fighting for it. 

There’s no hand-outs in this life. Accept that and make your own path.
