When you open social media, you see the world posting their wins. 

It’s a constant reel of success being broadcasted on your timeline.

Everyone sees the trinkets and the trophies and not the sweat and tears. 

Success is discovered in the process of becoming, not in the end results.

We think the end results are what matters but we’ve been fooled. 

What matters is the journey and who we become. 

So take your trophies when they come, put them on the shelf where they belong, and get back in the process.
