How we see the things in our lives will greatly influence what we experience.

It’s the classic cup half-full or half-empty analogy.

If we’re able to see problems as opportunities for growth, we give ourselves the ability to work through them diligently with a positive frame of mind.

If we view obstacles as dead ends, we allow ourselves to give up and sulk. 

This difference in point of view is a CHOICE.

We can choose positivity, opportunity and resilience or we can choose failure and misery. 

The circumstances in our lives may be out of our control but our decision on how we will view it is within our power.
