“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage.”

  • Dale Carnegie

Kobe Bryant spoke about our sense of self-belief being molded by the work that we put in.

When we do nothing, we have time to think about our insecurities and shortcomings.

Those thoughts begin to compound as we continue to do nothing and start to erode our belief in self.

On the flipside, when we take action, we begin to feel better about ourselves.

Taking small steps towards your ideal state will begin a momentum that can continue if we keep on pushing.

When we uphold our commitment to ourselves, our confidence grows.

These aspects can compound as well, as long as we keep moving forward.

The best time to plant a tree was ten years ago.

The next best time is now.
