“If I take death into my life; acknowledge it and face it squarely, I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself.”

  • Martin Heidegger

When we take an honest assessment of life, we come to certain realizations.

We will die one day. Life will go on.

100 years from now, no one will remember your name.

If not 100 years, then 1000 years.

Point being, we are a part of this Earth for such a short period of time.

We operate like we will live forever sometimes.

This is arrogance.

We feel like we have all the time in the world and only take action when we feel like it.

Motivation is perishable.

You will die one day. That is certain.

But the question is - will you truly live?
