Many of us live in a state of anxiety of the future and regret of the past. We totally ignore the present moment. 

To think that we’re entitled to be here tomorrow is arrogant. 

We must cherish the present moment for that is all we will ever have. 

Why concern ourselves with what we may never experience?

Live in the here and now. Appreciate it. Soak it all in. 

This moment is all that matters.
