“Courage is not the absence of fear; true courage is manifest in bravely doing what has to be done in spite of fears or foes or the foolishness of the crowd or the taunts of the group. True courage is doing the right thing in spite of the odds or opposition or apprehension.”

  • Emerson Roy West

When we have big dreams, our courage will be tested time and time again.

The bigger the vision, the more trials we will face.

It’s almost as if the Universe wants to see how serious you are.

It takes bravery to look fear square in the face.

When your self doubts are speaking loudly and things are not working out, can you keep pushing forward?

Can you persevere if the odds are stacked against you and the pain is intense?

When you don’t have any proof of this path working out for you, can you continue on another day?

These tests of character are not for the faint of heart.

If you show the Universe that you’re dead serious, it will bend the knee to you.

The question is: Who will bend the knee first?
