We all experience defeat. 

We all set out to achieve things and fall flat on our face. 

We all lose in life.

This does not reflect our permanent state of being. 

This is simply a normal occurrence in life. 

We must experience failure in order to grow and evolve.

Maintaining our spirit and passion is vital. 

We must never feel defeated for too long.

We must know that all champions lose. 

And they take their losses and use their lessons to improve.

You may lose many battles but you must evolve from those experiences.

This is how you win the war.
